This beautiful necklace has a focal glass lampwork bead that is aptly named "Drinks Of Water" by the Artisan, Grace, of Graceful Bead Designs , who handcrafted the bead. The bead is accented with beautiful sterling silver bali bead caps and crystals. The beads are free moving on a sterling silver 18" chain.

STANDARD SHIPPING:
VAEL Designs ships all orders using the United States Postal Service and charges a flat fee of $4.95 for delivery via First Class Mail regardless of the size of the order.  We include tracking from USPS on all packages for your convenience.  If you need to expedite your order, please choose the appropriate shipping during checkout as additional fees do apply.

EXCHANGES

VAEL Designs wants its customers to be satisfied with all purchases.  If there is a problem with the product and you need an exchange, please contact us within 30 days of purchase to make arrangements for an exchange of the same item.  USPS First Class shipping costs will not be charged again for resending the item, but VAEL Designs will not be responsible for the shipping costs incurred to send the product back.

RETURNS

You must contact us within 30 days of purchase to make a return and to receive a full refund.  Shipping charges will not be refunded and the charges for shipping the item back will not be covered.  If you need to reach us, please contact us here.
